How long does processing take?
For all teaware orders, we process and prepare your items within 3–5 business days. This includes careful inspection of each teaware piece (such as teacups, teapots, and tea sets) to ensure they are free from damage and meet our quality standards before shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally, after your order is processed, delivery takes 10–15 business days. Please note that teaware may require extra care during packaging, which will not delay the delivery beyond the estimated time.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your teaware order. Once your order is shipped, we will send the tracking details to you via email. You can use the tracking number to check the real-time delivery status of your teacups, teapots, or other teaware items.
Can I return an item?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible teaware items. To be eligible for return, your teaware must be in the same condition as you received it—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please note that for health and hygiene reasons, used teacups and any other used teaware cannot be returned or refunded. Additionally, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We strive to display accurate and true-to-life images of our teaware. However, slight color variations may occur. This is mainly due to two factors: lighting during photography and differences in screen settings of your device (such as phones, computers). Each piece of teaware may have subtle differences in color, texture, or details, which is part of its unique charm.
What if the item arrived damaged or wrong?
If your teaware arrives damaged, broken, or you receive the wrong item (e.g., the wrong teacup style or tea set), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please attach clear photos of the damaged or wrong item, as well as the packaging, and we will promptly verify the issue and provide a solution—such as sending a replacement or processing a refund (for eligible items).
What if I didn’t receive my order?
If your teaware order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately. We will check the logistics status for you, follow up with the shipping carrier, and resolve the issue as soon as possible to ensure you receive your order.
