Free Shipping Policy

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders with a total amount of $30 or more. Orders below $30 will be subject to a shipping fee, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping location.

Order Processing Time

All teaware orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing time includes order verification, product inspection (to ensure teaware is undamaged and meets quality standards), and packaging.

Delivery Time

After your order is processed, standard delivery takes 10–15 business days, depending on your shipping location. Please note that delivery times may be slightly extended due to holidays, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated if there is any delay in your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to you, which includes a tracking number and a link to check the real-time delivery status of your teaware. You can also track your order by logging into your Spirit Ore account (if you have one).
